I am writing you to inform you of the professional and caring service I received for a property purchase I recently made in Palm Desert, CA (73208 Adobe Springs Drive, Palm Desert Greens) via one of your real estate agents, Marvin Groberman.

I have never written a recommendation such as this before but I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional and diligent service from Marvin which I have never experienced to date in other property purchases I have made.

I called Marvin from my home in Canada when I saw a foreclsure property for sale on the Internet.  This was a new experience for myself, particularly in light of the property being in another country. From the moment I called Marvin he assisted me in every aspect of the purchase process.  He acted as the liason with the Foreclosure Bank, the property association and the Escrow company.  He took the time to call me and e-mail to ensure that I understood every aspect of the process and ensured that all my responsibilities for signatures etc.. were successfully accomplished.  Marvin even went so far as to pick me up at the Palm Springs airport when I arrived for the Home Inspection that he personally ensured occured for my protection and continued to chauffeur me around the Palm Desert area so I was completely comfortable before finalizing the purchase.

I know that without Marvin`s assistance I would not have been able to complete this complicated purchase.  Without Marvin I would not have my dream winter retirement home.  I forever will owe Marvin Groberman a debt of gratitute.

At an Open House two years ago, we met Marvin Groberman, a realtor. Marvin is easy to talk to and his approach is personable and interested. We felt comfortable being in his presence immediately. Marvin Groberman is a realtor willing to spend a great deal of time determining what a person is looking for and how to find it. Never once did Marvin show a lack of patience, and believe me, I can be difficult. Faithfully for more than a year, we searched Rancho Mirage and surrounding areas. Marvin found our perfect place at a reasonable price in Rancho Mirage Country Club with all of our requirements. We cannot say enough or recommend more highly the conscientious work and efforts extended to us by Marvin Groberman. 

Additionally, after finding a new winter home for us, he listed our smaller condo in Mt. View Villas. Tirelessly, he held Open House week after week. Despite the fact the market is ever so slow, Marvin was able to sell our unit in less than four months. Now that is a miracle because a two-bedroom condo in Mt. View Villas has not sold in over two years. Presently, there are ten foreclosures and 8-10 other condos for sale at Mt. View Villas. Our place has been the only condo to sell largely in part because of Marvin Groberman’s efforts. He advertised both in the desert and in Canada--our condo was sold to Canadians. He was determined and his determination paid off for us. We are ever so grateful and highly recommend Marvin as an outstanding, hard-working, enthusiastic, and personable realtor. The mold for perfection hasn’t been lost and we could not have met and worked with a better realtor than Marvin Groberman.
